Level 1 - The "Introductory" Course
This “starter” course is the best bet for the new enthusiastic student or
the not so sure student. Since only a few basic dance patterns are taught, it
usually separates out those with genuine dance interest or confirms interest in
students who are a little unsure. At the completion of this course, the student
should be able to decide whether future lessons are something that he/she would
like to pursue. (3 Private Lessons) $175.00*

Level II – The "Basics" Courses
This course provides the student with the essential dance patterns necessary to become a good dancer. This course further encourages participation in regularly scheduled dance events. At the completion of this course, the student will be able to successfully dance a few fun and easy steps in a variety of dances well enough to dance at any party.

The Social Dance Course
In this course, the student and instructor choose a minimum of 4 dances to learn. These dances will provide the variety necessary to keep the dancer on the dance floor all night long. This course consists of 6 private lessons conveniently scheduled for the student. $325.00/couple or single
The Social Dance Course Shortcut
In this course, the student and instructor choose 2 or 3 dances to learn. Since the course is short, it will include fewer dance steps without a lot of flair. This course consists of 3 private lessons conveniently scheduled for the student. $175.00/couple or single

Dance Courses
These courses are designed for those individuals who enjoy spending time with friends and family and want to do something new and fun. These courses provide a variety of dance styles that can be easily danced at parties and social events.
If you have a specific event coming up or if you have a specific dance request, we are glad to teach you exactly what you want to learn. Both courses have a 3 couple minimum.

Sherry Lynn’s Medal Based System
Sherry Lynn’s Medal Based System is a fun and motivating way for you
to become an excellent dancer. You and your instructor will structure your lessons
to meet a progressive series of dance related goals.
Many dance schools use a medal based system similar to the belt system in Karate.
In Karate, as you progress you receive different colored belts. In the dance
industry, we use the medals of the Olympics – Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
Bronze Level Dance Course
This course is designed for the motivated student who wishes to pursue dancing as a hobby, similar to bowling or golf, where participation is expected and enjoyed. This student has enough experience to dance confidently in many styles of dance and in any environment. This course is our most popular since it removes all fear of embarrassment on the dance floor.
Silver Level Dance Course
This course is designed for the avid dancer. It focuses on style, technique, and overall beautiful dancing. This course demands practice and the determination of the student to make it successful.
Gold Level Dance Course
This course is designed for the student who wishes to become a dance performer or competitor. It requires many hours of study and practice. The dance material in this course is usually not used in social dancing.
